These past few weeks we have been focusing on a wide variety of topics! Students have been exposed to a lot of vocabulary and have also been practicing forming sentences and putting these words in context. The pictures shown below are the kids' art work. I asked them to label some of the vocabulary we had learned/reviewed that given week.
The last week before going on Winter Break the kids shared and described the activities they usually do during the break, such as celebrating Christmas and Hanukkah.
The kids also have learned body parts. In the picture to the left, we focused on the head. The kids got creative and included "bigotes and barbas" to their drawings.
They have also learned food items, such as fruit/vegetables, different kinds of meat and dairy products.
