Bonjour Parents!
Last week at TALK we learned all about professions. The
students also learned about typical objects that are used in each profession.
Like for example, "Un artiste utilise un pinceau" (an artist uses a
paintbrush) We also went over how to use the verb "utiliser" which
means to use. We played a game in the big room at the Davis Arts Center where I
stuck post its of all the vocab we had learned, and the students had swat with
flyswatters the object used in the profession I was describing. This game
helped the students review the vocab in an active way! Here is a list of the

student filled out a worksheet with which class was their favorite.

covered basic vocab and we labeled the dollhouse that TALK has together. Today each
student got assigned a room of a house and after they finish their drawings we
will assemble them into one big house!
