Beginner French @ Davis Art Center: End of October

Bonjour les parents, it's Enseignante Cate!

We've been a busy class for the past few weeks! Since the last post, our class has covered numbers, animals, and body parts en français!

Ask your student to count to 20 (vingt), name their favorite animal préféré (favorite animal), or sing "Head, shoulders, knees, and toes" to you in French.

Both French classes played Pictionary together last Friday!

Beginner French drew their favorite animals and wrote a sentence about them in French.

This week we practiced body parts by each drawing one feature on the white board as a class. 

Over the next few weeks, we'll begin to learn more conversation phrases in French and more vocab including foods, simple verbs, and more.
